Pricing questions
Is X-Builds free?
Every free build is, with the full block list and every step: on this website with no account, and in the app, which is free to download. Premium builds and the extra Cinematic Studio scenes need X-Builds Pro, sold in the Android app today and on this website soon.
How does the free trial work?
The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial, once per account. You are not charged if you cancel before it ends; the app reminds you two days before, if you allow notifications.
How do I cancel?
Pro is billed by Google Play (or the App Store on iPhone). Cancel any time in your store account's subscriptions; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
What does lifetime mean?
One payment, no renewal: Pro stays unlocked on your store account for as long as the app is offered.
Why do prices differ in my country?
X-Builds Pro costs less in some countries, for example ₹549 a year in India. This page shows the price for the country you are in. Google Play, the App Store and our checkout always show the exact amount in your currency before you pay.
What ads does the free app show?
Short full-screen ads when you open the app (never on your first launch) and after every 20th step of a long guide (at most three per guide each time you start the app), plus an optional video to unlock a premium build. They are non-personalised. Pro removes every ad, and this website has none.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by whoever billed you: Google Play or Apple for app purchases. See our refunds page for how to ask, and when we can help.
